Rosely London is drawing attention for its stylish offerings and major discounts. But with so many new online stores popping up, being careful about where you shop is a smart choice.
Here, we’ll go over Rosely London’s products, reputation, and any warning signs, so you can decide if it’s worth your money.
What is Rosely London?
Rosely London is a fashion store that sells clothing, shoes, and accessories online.
The store claims to focus on stylish yet comfortable pieces for women of all ages, offering classic designs at affordable prices.
Our Opinion
Even though Rosely London has attractive products and discounts, shoppers should be careful about certain things that might raise concerns.
One big issue the discounts can look great, too many cuts in price might mean the products were overpriced at first or not very good quality.
Shoppers should be careful of deals that seem too good to be true, as they could indicate poor products.
Customer reviews are also important for checking if an online store is reliable.
Rosely London has a TrustScore of 4.7 from around 9,483 reviews, but it’s good to dig deeper. If you check different review sites, you’ll find mixed opinions.
Some customers mention problems like delays in shipping and trouble returning items.
Many negative reviews point out issues with customer service and product quality, which suggests not everyone is happy with their shopping experience.
Also, the brand does not share its physical address or clear contact information.
Many honest retailers provide their main office location and customer service details, but Rosely London has very little information.
This lack of transparency can make people wonder if the brand is real.
While Rosely London promotes itself as a stylish and affordable option for women’s clothing, it’s essential to be cautious.
By checking customer reviews, the website’s design, pricing, policies, and customer service, you can better understand if the brand is trustworthy.
If you decide to shop there, consider starting with a small purchase to test the quality and service
What to Do If You Get Scammed
If you find yourself scammed by any online retailer, including Rosely London, there are steps to help you recover or report your loss.
Start by contacting the company directly and keep a record of all interactions. If they do not respond or resolve the issue, contact your payment provider to request a chargeback if possible.
Reporting the website to relevant consumer protection agencies and sharing your experience on review platforms can also warn others and potentially prevent future scams.
Taking these actions can help you address the situation and alert others to any issues with online retailers.

Diabolical from start to finish
Saw an advert on Facebook for ROSELY LONDON and ordered what looked like a beautiful cashmere jacket – mistake number 1 … and at this point I have lost count of the issues the whole process has been dreadful!! Just do not buy from them but here’s my customer journey;
The adverts suggests the company is UK based and you’ll receive 24hr tracked delivery, fantastic as I was going on holiday and wanted to wear the jacket to travel in. I also ordered a dress which looked lovely online.
On receiving my order confirmations I checked the delivery details only to see it’s not UK based as I originally thought!
I email the customer services to ask whether they were UK based and messaged them through the website (conveniently no contact numbers)
They reply with a vague response not confirming anything to do with my question.
So I email again, again they reply with no response about where my order is coming from and when I should expect to receive it. We’re several days beyond the 24 hr tracked by this point.
I go on holiday without the jacket and it arrives the week after I return back from holiday!
I open the eagerly awaited cashmere jacket only to find its 95% polyester and 5% Spanx wtf?!
So I email them asking given the item it not as advertised how do I go about returning and requesting a full refund.
They reply with they don’t do refunds, they’ll offer me a 15% refund on and item that is nothing like what I ordered
I reply again no thank you I’d like to return for a refund it’s been miss sold and falsely advertised I’d like a full refund.
They respond we’ll offer you a 30% refund or a 50% gift card – like I’m actually going to ordering anything else from you?!?
I reply, no full refund please how do I return the items
They reply I would need to send £12.59 contribution for the return cost
I reply again no, I was never made aware of any such costs and would like the address to return the items (the dress was doll sized)
They then reply I would need to return to China!! and complete a returns forms attached *that isn’t attached to the email. But remember my emails, 1, 2 & 3 where I am asking where is this coming from it says UK on all your advertising – and the avoided answering the question!
So I reply I won’t be paying to return my orders to China when I have emailed multiple time to ask where the orders where coming from if they had replied China I would have exercised my rights at that point and cancelled the orders which would have saved 20+ emails going back and forth
I then see on the parcels they have a return address of Southall UK so I print every email exchange at this point I think I have now sent 13 emails and send it all back to the return address on the item, with copies of the orders to the return address as stated on the items. I pay for special next day delivery and send them the proof of postage.
They reply we’ve not received it
I reply you won’t have yet it’s 24 hour next day delivery not instant delivery
They reply again we’ve not received it
I reply again it’s still not 24 hours you won’t have yet … honestly it beggars belief
Anyway long story short 30… yes 30 email exchanges, £10+ in return postage and proof (signed for) and still no closer to a refund. Honestly do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs 😂
